'Stay Laced' Collection
The term "corset” was in use in the late 14th century, from the French "corset" which meant "a kind of laced bodice." The meaning of it as a "stiff supporting so constricting undergarment for the waist, worn chiefly by women to shape the figure," which dates from 1795. Women for centuries have loved to look "snatched", and up until now that has not changed. Whilst our Creative Director has been a fan of the corset, she landed on the love for Stays, which can be worn over or under your clothing. Pair it with a pair of jeans, your favorite leggings, a button up top, a flared dress...the style points are endless!
